By all counts, the Franklin County Literature Festival a few weeks ago at Ottawa University was a great success………Ottawa Library Director, Terry Chartier says things seem to go better after OU has dismissed school.
Hundreds of elementary school children got to hear from various authors on books they had written, and to talk about why they write on a certain theme or subject.
