The City Band opens their season with their first free concert of the year. Eleven year Band Director, Mark Pauquette, says tonight’s theme is “Take Flight” musical selections will include “Flying Tigers”, “Let the Spirit Soar”, “Air For Band”, “Eagle Squadron” and many more, and he says audience participation is a big part of the concert series:
The concert will be in the Gazebo at City Park in Ottawa. Bring your lawn chairs, kick back and enjoy some incredible music from one of the oldest and most talented City Bands in the state of Kansas. The Ottawa City Band, in concert, tonight at 7:30 at the Ottawa City Park Gazebo.
