There’s a lot of training activity going on at the Ottawa Police Department. Ottawa City Manager, Brian Silcott, told the City Commission about one exercise:
Silcott also reported that the Ottawa swimming pool is losing over 13,000 gallons of water a day, and it would be even more except for the dedication of city employees trying to keep the pool in as good a condition as possible.
