As we grow older, we face a number of challenges, both physically, and mentally. Ottawa is fortunate enough to have resources available to our older generation. One of those is Rock Creek. Community Liaison for Rock Creek of Ottawa, Courtney Taylor, praises one program they have called Abilities Care that focuses on what people can still do, not what they cant do anymore:
