The Osage County Economic Development Corporation is looking to give away some money to area homeowners. Does your home need ADA related upgrades, electrical upgrades, a new roof, or doors or windows? How about interior improvements, like a bathroom, remodel, a water heater, or air-conditioning and heating unit? If so, you could be eligible to receive a grant that would cover up to $10,000 worth of improvements.
Stephanie Watson, one of the coordinators of the Grant says that Franklin County homeowners need to fill out an application and get it to her immediately, as a limited number of grants are available. The funds are made available by the Federal Home Loan Bank Grant administered by the Osage County Economic Development Corporation.
