The Ottawa School District will be making a few tweeks to the science curriculum for next year. Assistant Superintendent, Amy Bybee told the School Board it’s geared to help students sharpen their thinking:
The curriculum was developed by the middle school and high school science departments, along with the elementary teacher science representatives. School officials say in part it’s designed to make sure teachers teach off the same page, not going into other areas that may not be applicable to the subject.
