We don’t know if Franklin County residents are betting healthier or what, but the Franklin County Emergency Medical Services Department is noticing something unusual. During the Regular County Commission Meeting, EMS Director, Christi Hilliker, told the Commission about a noticeable drop in call volume during the first quarter of this year:
Hilliker says one recent incident involved entering information on a line two when it was suppose to be line one, so the whole claim was not even accepted. It took three people around half a day to find the problem so the claim could be re-submitted.
