The Franklin County Health Department is implementing a policy that may help some expectant mothers. Health Department Director, Brenda Pfizenmaier told the County Commission it involves the use of Kancare:
On a related note, the County Commission also approved an average 25% hike in most services by the Health Department……for example, a cholesterol test would go from $12 to $15. The increase took effect on July first.
