Because somewhere out there, a Christmas tree famer is sweating like crazy getting your tree ready for Christmas in a few months. It’s not just a seasonal gig, it’s a year round effort. Tree farmer Jim Gehlsen says all the trees have to be shaped and sheared and it’s not easy as he does it all by himself:
He’s not alone. Nationwide, dozens of tree producers are out in the heat doing the same thing to make sure each tree is perfect come Christmas time. Tough to think about when it’s going to feel like 112 degrees today.
