The Franklin County Emergency Medical Services Department is going to change things up when it comes to replacing aging ambulances. EMS Chief, Christi Hilliker, told the Franklin County Commission during a Study Session, that the way ambulances were rotated didn’t always make sense:
Hilliker says there are some vehicles that have high mileage but are still quite dependable.
