If everything goes as planned, Franklin County should be Revenue Neutral for the next year’s budget. During the regular Franklin County Commission Meeting, County Clerk, Janet Paddock, noted that Revenue Neutral requires a lot of money-saving measures:
The County Commission is expected to approve a final budget within the next few weeks.
