A plan to convert the Days Inn at 2209 South Princeton into Ottawa University student housing, appears to be on track following approval by the Ottawa Planning Commission. Local realtor Brett Chartier is handling the project and says there shouldn’t be much additional traffic:
The final approval lies with the Ottawa City Commission, but little if any problem is expected in getting their okay to the project.
