Have a quarter million dollars for a new car? Most of us probably don’t have that…but, then again, we are not talking about a normal car…….it’s a new ambulance. During a Study Session with the Franklin County Commission, Emergency Medical Services Department Director, Christi Hilliker, talked about a plan for replacing aging vehicles:
