There was continued discussion involving the proposed Hidden Lakes housing project near 19th and Princeton. Concerns have been brought about stormwater runoff and the city of Ottawa Engineer, David Hamby explained that the city’s Stormwater Management Plan requires the developer to accommodate the 2, 10 and 100 year storm plan:
Neighbors have voiced concern about a variety things surrounding the project, from storm runoff, to trash concerns, to privacy issues and more. The City Commission is expected to hear more about the project at its Study Session today, July 17th.
