The City of Ottawa plans to hold the line when it comes to the new budget. During the Ottawa City Commission Study Session, Finance Director, Melanie Landis talked about the mill rate:
Right the now the city plans to declare it will be exceeding the Revenue Neutral Rate with a 44.895 mill rate for the new fiscal year.
