The Ottawa City Commission has tentative plans to declare, at its Wednesday regular meeting, it will exceed the Revenue Neutral rate for the new budget. Ottawa Finance Director Melanie Landis, gave an update to the Commission about the situation.
In contrast to the City, Franklin County has tentative plans to declare it will not exceed the Revenue Neutral rate.
