Ottawa’s share of Franklin County’s 911 service is shocking when you hear it. However, at the Ottawa City Commission Study Session, Commissioner Zach Clayton broke down the cost of the service and determined, maybe it’s not so bad:
Ottawa pays 50% of the cost of the service, while Wellsville picks up a share and the county covers the rest.
