It’s fair season and the Franklin County Fair gets started this week. Today is a huge day for 4-H-ers and others with exhibits at the fair. The day starts with final judging of a variety of exhibits, including textiles, fine arts, photography and others. All of which will be on display for the public in Celebration Hall. Also, in the Grand Stand this afternoon at 4:00 will be dairy cattle judging, followed by goats, and then sheep and meat goats, also rabbit judging in the poultry barn. Then tonight in the arena, the Ranch Rodeo! Tomorrow, more fun events. Different shows and competitions starting in the morning and then the ever popular Carnival will get started at 6:00 this evening.
