The Ottawa City Commission has set a public hearing for the new budget as the city has declared it will exceed the Revenue Neutral Rate and draw more property tax money than in last year’s budget. During the regular City Commission Meeting, Finance Director, Melanie Landis, spelled out the date and location of the hearing:
