A long time Ottawa employee will be retiring in a little over two months. Utilities Director Dennis Tharp has announced he will retire October first and he says he has worked in the Utility Department for a long time:
Tharp says he has no definite plans after retirement, but will figure out his next chapter in life as it goes along.
