Proximity Park is still looking for a tenant after a few years of planning and getting the potential industrial park on Kingman Road, shovel ready for an industry wanting to move in and build. That hasn’t happened….yet. But, Franklin County Development Council Director, Paul Bean, is confident it will in the near future. He continues to get letters of interest from state commerce and other sources. He says they want to know a lot about our area:
Proximity is shovel ready and Bean says that is a bonus, along with being in a prime location for existing industry, plus the new Panasonic battery plant and the new microchip plant going in by Burlington.
