The Franklin County Development Council was instrumental for several communities in the county getting thousands of dollars of Federal COVID relief. That was one part of a report given by FCDC Executive Director Paul Bean to the Franklin County Commission. Bean gave a list of towns benefitting from the grants:
He emphasized it wasn’t just him involved in the process, but several other people. Bean has also been instrumental in getting various other types of State and Federal money for businesses and other organizations.
