What kind of company do we want in Proximity Park? That question hangs over the park ever since it was established. Franklin County Development Council Executive Director, Paul Bean, told the County Commission it pays to be somewhat selective:
Bean says whether he responds to a request for information from a prospective company in part depends on what kind of business it is. A company wanting to build a packing plant probably will not get a response.
