A recent homicide case in Franklin County has called for outside help. Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards, told the County Commission about the situation:
The Sheriff’s office has experienced some staffing problems recently, and it has caused a delay in setting up a school resource officer for the West Franklin School District.
