Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards recently won a major award…it’s the Sheriff of the Year Award from the SMall and Rural Law Enforcement Executives Association. Richards says one thing the organization took note of was his attempt to promote local and federal law enforcement cooperation.
Richards says the group also took note of his program to ensure employees wellness under difficult circumstances.
