Just about everyone has their power back on in Ottawa with possibly a few exceptions. During the Ottawa City Commission study session, Commissioner Mike Skidmore has a question for Utilities Director Dennis Tharp.
Tharp says if they know of an elderly person or someone with medical needs, crews may move ahead to restore electricity to that person before returning to their previous positions.
