Franklin County has a new budget for 2024 that came about as a result of the County Commission giving final approval to the budget during a special budget hearing. County Administrator Derek Brown says the revenue neutral budget took a lot of work.
Franklin County was one of only nine counties in Kansas that were able to stay revenue neutral.
