If there’s anything good about the recent damaging storm, it may be that the county may get reimbursed, in part, for all the cost of repairs. Franklin County Emergency Management Director, Tom Winter, gave the County Commission an update:
Any reimbursements would likely be made through the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
