The city of Wellsville has spent a lot of time and money improving the sidewalks around town, but one particular problem was brought to the Wellsville City Council during its regular meeting. Leland Green says not all sidewalks are even.
In other news, the City Public Works Department will paint pedestrian crosswalks at 4th and Walnut to improve safety for students and other pedestrians.
