A ceremony to honor the memory of those killed in the 9-11 attacks 22 years ago will be held at 8:00 this morning at the Ottawa Fire Station. The public is encouraged to attend. Members of the Ottawa Fire Department, Ottawa Police Department and Franklin County Sheriff’s Office will be on hand. Last year at the ceremony, Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards told the crowd that faith played a big part of recovery:
