Early Sunday morning, September 10th, around 2:30, the Miami County Sheriff’s Department responded to a 911 call, reporting an injury accident and that a vehicle had rolled over in the area of West 311th Street and Spring Valley Road. When deputies arrived, they found the vehicle West of Spring Valley Road in the north ditch. Deputies gave CPR to the driver of the car until Miami County EMS arrived on scene. Unfortunately, that person was not able to be revived. Eighteen year-old Brean Bowley of Pleasanton, was pronounced deceased on the scene.
A preliminary investigation has determined that her vehicle was traveling east on 311th Street, west of Spring Valley Road when the vehicle left the road on the right side, before coming back onto the roadway, causing the vehicle to roll multiple times, coming to rest in the ditch. Bowley was ejected from the vehicle in the crash, which is still under investigation by the Miami County Sheriff’s Department.
