Are you ready for Cornstock? A lot, and I mean a lot of people are getting ready for the Concert on the Hill. People must love red dirt music, because there has been a record number of online ticket purchases and because of this, there will be a special Will Call location set up at the Concession Building south of the Rodeo Arena in the fairgrounds in North Lake Park. People camping in the City of Garnett Campgrounds must also check in at this location.
Public Relations Chair, Susan Wettstein says there have been more online ticket purchases this year than people buying tickets through the ticket outlets. So, to make it faster for visitors to go through the concert gates and find their favorite spot to sit, she is encouraging those with Will Call tickets to visit the Will Call booth at the fairgrounds Friday or Saturday, before the concert gates open. All online ticket sales are Will Call. Will Call credentials must be exchanged for concert wristbands. The Cornstock Concert on the Hill will be held Saturday, September 23.
