The Ottawa City Commission is expected to approve an agreement concerning K-68, tomorrow, September 20th. Ottawa City Manager, Brian Silcott explained some details of the agreement:
Silcott says it would create a plan where intersections and traffic signals should be created and what other safety features need to be installed.
