The Cornstock Concert on the Hill is today. A day of good music, good food and hanging around with good people. Cornstock, provides quality entertainment and activities for visitors while mentoring leadership skills to young adults and helping over 25 civic, church and educational non-profit groups fund-raise.
It’s also a charitable organization. This year’s cause is “WINGS” Women In Need Gaining Support. WINGS helps not only women, but everyone, fight the battle with cancer, founded on the premise that no woman should have to fight the battle against cancer alone and thru the comfort, faith and encouragement of others, strength can be given to those in need. Especially those who may not have the ability to acquire the necessary medical help needed. WINGS can help with the cost of mammograms, office visits and gas cards to local women in need.
