There’s a new director of what used to be called the Ottawa Community Development Department. Lucas Neece takes over what is now called the Neighborhood and Community Services Department. Neece introduced himself at the Ottawa City Commission Study Session.
The director position has been vacant for some time, and Finance Director, Melanie Landis, had served as acting director.
