Ottawa City Manager, Brian Silcott presented the City Commission with a new way to present information regarding major projects in the city. The Master Project Summary Report puts all the projects together on one spreadsheet where commissioners and city staff alike can see the progress of each project, along with the budget, what’s been spent, the latest activity, and the estimated completion time. Commissioner Zach Clayton says he would like to expand it to make it available to the public:
