For Evergy Kansas Metro, which includes the Ottawa area, rates for residential customers will actually decrease about 4.75% , and the average residential customer will pay about $6.07 less per month .
The KCC will decide the matter in December. They will review the settlement ahead of a public hearing set for one week from today, October 2nd.
