The Ottawa City Commission approved an agreement with the Kansas Department of Transportation during its regular meeting Wednesday, September 27th. City Manager, Brian Silcott says the agreement concerns a K-68 traffic study:
Silcott says eventually the planning is aimed at increasing the safe and smooth flow of traffic all along the K-68 corridor, into and out of all the towns located near the highway.
