Owners and staff at a restaurant in Overbrook are looking to get back on their feet, after a fire put them out of businesses earlier this month. On October first, a fire in their dryer at Saltwell Farm Kitchen, spread to other parts of the old farm house, converted into a restaurant. One of Saltwell’s owners, Ross Petrozz says he is thankful that their chef was still there, or it could have been much worse:

The possibility of not re-opening is not an option for Petrozz. He says if they could open once, they can do it again. He adds that it will take a lot, but he doesn’t see himself doing anything different. There is a Go-Fund Me page set up for Saltwell Farm Kitchen to help with rebuilding expenses.
