The Franklin County Sheriff’s office is mourning the loss of one of their own. Sheriff Jeff Richards provided an update to the County Commission.
Sprinkle died after a valiant battle against cancer. He will be buried in Wellsville. A procession to Wellsville will be led and attended by numerous law enforcement agencies.
