After today, October 30th, 10 days remain for women to have their babies at AdventHealth Ottawa. After November 9th, AdventHealth Ottawa will have a pause in all birthing services. AdventHealth Ottawa CEO, Dallas Purkeypile, told the Ransom Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees, they’re still working on finding a replacement for obstetrics to replace Ottawa Family Physicians.
Purkeypile says it is hoped to re-establish the program next summer.
