A Kansas judge has put a new state law on abortion in limbo. ABC’s Chuck Severson with more:
The rules have been in effect since 1997. The decision has been hailed as a big victory for abortion rights advocates. The hearing on the merits of the lawsuit will take place in Johnson County District Court, beginning June 24th,next year.
