A proposed Senior Housing Project at 1426 East Wilson has come in for its share of delays, and the frustration of the various parties involved was on show at the Ottawa Planning Commission Meeting. Developer Representative Doug Bohi and resident Susan Moore addressed the Commission.
Both Bohi and Moore indicated they will work with City Officials to try and find a solution so the project can proceed. The Ottawa City Commission is expected to approve a rezoning and conditional use permit for the property at this morning’s Commission meeting, November 15.
