The Garnett Community Foundation would like to remind all Garnett residents that they have received a matching grant from the Patterson Family Foundation and are eligible to receive up to $70 thousand dollars to be used in the areas of health, education and economic development. That means that any donation you make will be doubled!
During the rest of this month, they are hosting a fundraising campaign called “Garnett Cares” to encourage donations that will be matched by the grant. You can choose where you would like your donation to go by specifying a gift to a current project or facility, like the Garnett Library, Parks and Recreation, the Back to School Supply Drive or many others.
