How strict should the Franklin County Planning and Zoning department be in enforcing regulations? That became a point of discussion during the Franklin County planning commission meeting. Planning and Zoning director Pat Toth took the requirement to hook up to water as one issue to deal with.
Toth says right now his department is too small to do strict enforcement, and enforcement may be something up for discussion in the future.
