A debate of sorts broke out at the Ottawa City Commission study session over how fast the neighborhood revitalization program should be moving. Ottawa mayor Eric Crowley and commissioner Sara Caylor exchanged views on the matter.
The commission reviewed a number of properties, several of them being houses tht were built in the early 1900’s.
