The Anderson County Hospital’s Residential Living Center has a new director. Samantha Young takes over as director of nursing at the facility. Samantha has served as the residential living center’s assistant director of nursing since June 2023 and interim nursing director since July. Samantha first joined the residential living center in 2015 and worked in the unit for five years as a certified nursing assistant. Administrator of Anderson County Hospital Jeremy Anderson says that Young has done a fantastic job and he looks forward to her continued good work. Center has a 5-star quality rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, placing the community in the top 10% of long-term care communities the state.
