The recent winter storm gave some people some good experience….that’s the word from Franklin County Public Works Director, David Lee. Lee told the County Commission about the recent snow event:
Lee says when a winter storm is approaching, his department always does some early planning so everyone is prepared as much as possible when bad weather actually hits.
