The Ottawa Area Chamber of Commerce is looking for a few good people. They are accepting nominations for their annual awards celebration. There are five awards given out. The Community Builder Award, recognizing Chamber members who play an active role in the community…the entrepreneur of the year Entrepreneur of the Year A, spotlighting a small business…the Horizon Award, a new Chamber member who is heavily involved in Chamber activities…the Smile Award, for that person who always has a bright smile and makes you want to smile too…and the most prestigious award, the Russell Crites Award, in honor of long time business owners Russell and Lucy Crites.
The annual awards celebration will be held on January 25th at Ottawa University. The Chamber would like to give back to those who have gone above and beyond this past year. You can find a link for nominations on the Chamber facebook page or website. The deadline for nominations is December 18th.
