Ottawa Fire Chief, Tim Matthias is retiring after spending 26 years with the Ottawa Fire Department. He says there have been a lot of changes over the years:
Matthias spent a total of 33 years in the fire service with seven of those in Lawrence, and the rest in Ottawa.
